Seamless garter-stitch jacket is cleverly constructed from a square of knitting. Contrast yarn is knitted in where underarms will be (as for EZ\'s thumb trick). You remove the contrast yarn to make a "cut," fold the sides to the center, and fold the top down to meet your cut and form sleeves. The only "seam" weaves these stitches together across the front yoke and down the sleeves. Options for longer sleeves, shoulder shaping, collar, i-cord borders, waist shaping, and afterthought pockets. Colorblock effect may be achieved by changing colors partway through the knitting.
